« Tea from Beyond the Skies » The parcels of tea in the Namring garden, created in 1855 by the British, belong to Jhinglam and Poomong at 1,220 and 1,370 meters in altitude. The remarkable character of the Namring Terroir as well as the combination of the planter's admirable work coupled with our unique savoir-faire give birth to this splendid tea with myriad aromatic nuances.
Presented in a Mariage Frères black pouch.
Description
Dried leaves: The most beautiful leaves in the garden are meticulously selected then artfully and elegantly hand-rolled. The planter offers a glimpse of his immense skill with this harvest, in the warm nuances of ebony and red cedar.
Infused leaves: Lively and sparkling touches of cranberry and grapefruit peel paint a fruity picture, enhanced by the sweetness of roasted mango.
Liqueur: Shimmering with a thousand shades of orange, the cup presents a supple and enveloping liqueur. A great complexity is revealed, mixing flowery rosewood with fruity baked pear. A spicy note of cinnamon blossom brings a sublime final touch to this masterpiece.
