The parcels of tea in the Namring garden, created in 1855 by the British, belong to Jhinglam and Poomong at 1,220 and 1,370 meters in altitude. The remarkable character of the Namring Terroir as well as the combination of the planter's admirable work coupled with our unique savoir-faire give birth to this splendid tea with myriad aromatic nuances.
This Darjeeling Nouveau has been released early, fast-tracked from the estate to the cup.

Description
Dried leaves: Sublime composition of whole leaves hand-crafted into fine twists. Their green tourmaline hue contrasts elegantly with the pearly white shimmer of the numerous buds.
Infused leaves: A forthright and gourmet aroma of green fig jam escapes from the depths of the infused leaves. The fruity score is prolonged with succulent notes of candied mango and fresh watermelon.
Liquor: The crystalline liquor colours the cup a soft yellow of clivia flowers, its edge haloed by a few jade green reflections. A voluptuous and sensual fragrance blends scents of linden honey with a dash of vanilla. The soft and balanced structure reveals the lively and sparkling fruitiness of pink grapefruit. The pride of a grand domain.
Tea from beyond the skies: an extraordinary Darjeeling Nouveau.
Cold brew :
1 - place 10g of tea in 1 liter of spring water; keep in the fridge for about 12 hours,
2 - filter out the leaves then let the liqueur come to room temperature,
3 - best served in a large balloon glass, filled up to a third.
« Cold brew », a slow infusion in cold water, results in a further exploration of the infinite aromatic palette of this grand cru. The cold allows new fragrances to express themselves in a dazzling and totally intoxicating way.
