Nestled at an altitude of 1 200 meters, the garden of Selim Hill overlooks the peaceful valleys of Darjeeling. Its name, meaning "Land of the Holy," reflects the deep connection between this land and those who have cultivated it with respect and dedication for generations. This place, steeped in harmony and tradition, produces an exceptional tea of remarkable purity whose aromas faithfully reflect the soul of Darjeeling.

Dried leaves: The shades are those of a tea garden on a spring morning. Alongside the emerald green leaves the buds alternate between flashes of silver and reflections of gold, like a veil of mist pierced by the first rays of the rising sun.

Infused leaves: The infused leaves exhale beautiful fruity scents dominated by green apple and white grape.

Liquor: The rose gold infusion reveals a delicate fragrance of candied peach and green plum. These sweet and charming flavours persist, pleasing the palate with their soft and enveloping texture.

Cold brew:

1 - place 15g of tea in 1 litre of spring water and refrigerate for approximately 12 hours.
2 - filter out the leaves then let the liqueur come to room temperature.
3 - best served in a large balloon glass, filled up to a third.
