Description
Dried leaves: The buds, shaded in bronze and ebony, exhale notes of candied tamarind and crème de cassis.
Infused leaves: Caramel in colour and with brilliant reflections, a scent of raw cocoa bean blends with the fruitiness of ripe jackfruit.
Liquor: Bright mahogany. An elegant woody note reminiscent of rose combines with a hint of chocolate-coated, candied orange. Delightfully joyful!

On this magnificent tea plantation from the Yunnan province, culminating around 1900m in altitude, the buds are plucked from flourishing century-old tea trees from April to September. Then, the harvest is taken to the family workshop to be crafted with care according to ancestral methods.
