Crafted in Viêt-Nam on the slopes of Tay Con Linh Mountain, the roof of the north-eastern part of this country of centenary tea tree forests, this tea is lulled by the songs of thousands of birds at dusk, a unique link between mountains and sky.
Presented in a Mariage Frères black pouch.
Description
Leaves : a mingling of golden buds and handsome, dark leaves in deep ochre and black cashmere
Nose : evokes single origin chocolate with notes of spice like vanilla as well as the floral-fruity aromas of heritage rose and kiwi
Liqueur : deep reddish brown, smooth and sweet; recalling tarte Tatin, at first the cup fills with an earthy impression of underbrush before more sumptuous honeyed notes appear, crowned by a hint of rosewood.
Beautiful, gourmet harmony.
