On preserved land and surrounded by orange groves, these century-old tea plants deliver the magical harvests sought after by afficionados of prestigious First Flush Darjeeling teas.

Dried leaves: The whole leaves, thin and twisted, form a handsome mosaic of rich, verdant hues.

Infused leaves: A dapper palette of gourmet fragrances slowly reveals itself. A delicious scent of apricot jam sprinkled with violet petals precedes a tender aroma of fresh raspberry.

Liquor: The gold-coloured cup is haloed with pink reflections and expresses a delicious aroma of baked golden apple. The liquor’s soft and balanced texture floods the palate with a mysterious fragrance of wild orchid, punctuated by a gourmet note of white dragée.

Cold brew :
1 - place 10g of tea in 1 liter of spring water; keep in the fridge for about 12 hours.
2 - filter out the leaves then let the liqueur come to room temperature.
3 - best served in a large balloon glass, filled up to a third.
