This delicately harvested Yunnan is composed of beautiful leaves strewn with handsome golden buds that, once infused, exhale fine aromas of cocoa bean, blueberry and rosewood. In the cup, the mellow liqueur resembling bright Armagnac enchants with its lively, harmonious aromas; a dash of almond, then enveloping notes of candied quince and apricot are gracefully carried away by a hint of chocolate. This tea, growing “under the clouds” – youthful and seductive – is a wonderful discovery from the valley of eternal spring.
