Description
Ambootia (which means « Land of the mango trees ») is one of the most famous gardens of Darjeeling in the foothills of the Himalayas. For over twenty years, this majestic plantation has been cultivated in complete harmony with this exceptional Terroir according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, methods which have contributed to the fame of this prestigious appellation.
Nourished by the summer sun, the infused leaves release a fruity aroma of black grape and pomelo. The infusion, with its brown jasper hue, exhales a warm and rounded bouquet where a sweet note of white nougat mingles with a creamy hint of hazelnut butter. On the palate, the rich and generous liqueur reveals nuances of toasted nuts softened by the elegant fruitiness of roasted apricot.
