Harvested in the sunny highlands of Kenya, ROYAL PURPLE TEA enriches Mariage Frères diverse colour palette of tea liqueurs with its beautiful purple hues. It is the result of a long process of selecting plants richest in anthocyanin, a substance naturally present in the leaves of Camelia Sinensis whose beneficial properties are innumerable; it gives the infusion beautiful, deep amethyst reflections. The liqueur is silky like rice milk, developing pleasant flavours of fresh walnut and fruity accents of white peach which linger delicately on the palate
