Official Rules of the Prize Draw

1. Organizer

The company Mariage Frères, whose registered office is located at 10 rue du Parc Royal, 75003 Paris, is organising a free prize draw entitled “Downton Abbey III – The Grand Finale x Eurostar Prize Draw”, in partnership with Eurostar and Universal Pictures International France.

 

2. Date and Duration

The prize draw will take place exclusively on Sunday, 28 September 2025, from 00:01 to 23:59 (Paris time).
The draw will be held at the end of this period among all eligible orders recorded.

 

3. Conditions of Participation

PParticipation is open to any natural person of legal age residing in mainland France who has placed an order of more than €150 (incl. VAT) on the website www.mariagefreres.com during the game period.

 

4. Terms of Participation

Each order over €150 (incl. VAT) placed on the Mariage Frères online boutique during the game period automatically constitutes an entry into the prize draw.
The same person may participate several times in the case of separate orders.

 

5. Selection of Winners

At the end of the game, a computerized draw will be carried out among all eligible orders.
It will designate 2 winners.
Each will win:

• 2 return Eurostar tickets Paris Gare du Nord – London St Pancras

• 1 Afternoon Tea for 2 people at the Mariage Frères Covent Garden restaurant, London.

A total of 4 Eurostar return tickets and 4 Afternoon Tea menus are at stake, divided among 2 winning orders.

 

6. Prizes

Each prize consists of:

• 2 Eurostar return tickets Paris Gare du Nord – London St Pancras

• 1 Afternoon Tea for 2 people at Mariage Frères Covent Garden restaurant, 38 King Street, WC2E 8JS, London.

Prizes are strictly personal, non-exchangeable, and cannot be refunded or give rise to any financial or material compensation.

 

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be informed directly via a printed invitation inserted in the parcel corresponding to their winning order.

Eurostar will contact the winners to arrange the booking of their tickets.

For the Afternoon Tea, winners must present themselves directly at the Mariage Frères Covent Garden restaurant with the invitation card included in their parcel.

No subsequent sending or replacement will be made in the event of loss of the invitation.

 

8. Liability

Mariage Frères shall not be held liable in the event of technical problems preventing participation in the game or the awarding of the prize (loss, theft, delay, transport unavailability, etc.).

 

9. Personal Data

The information collected as part of the prize draw is necessary for the management of the game and the awarding of prizes.
It is intended for Mariage Frères and will be transmitted to Eurostar, the game’s partner, for the organisation and booking of train tickets.
It will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

10. Acceptance of the Rules

Any order placed on 28 September 2025 for an amount exceeding €150 (incl. VAT) automatically entails participation in this prize draw and constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The rules are deemed to be known and accepted by all participants by virtue of their order.
