Official Rules of the Prize Draw

1. Organizer

The company Mariage Frères, whose registered office is located at 10 rue du Parc Royal, 75003 Paris, is organizing a prize draw, with no additional purchase obligation, entitled “Downton Abbey III – The Grand Finale Prize Draw”, in partnership with Universal Pictures International France.

 

2. Date and Duration

The prize draw will take place exclusively on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, from 00:01 to 23:59 (Paris time).
Eligible entries will be drawn at random throughout the day from the qualifying orders registered during this period.

 

3. Conditions of Participation

Participation is open to any natural person of legal age residing in mainland France who has placed an order of more than €150 including VAT on the Mariage Frères website during the course of the prize draw.

 

4. Terms of Participation

Each order exceeding €150 including VAT, placed during the validity period of the prize draw, shall automatically constitute one entry.
A participant may enter several times, provided that separate qualifying orders are placed.

 

5. Selection of Winners

At the close of the prize draw period, a computerized random draw will be conducted from among all qualifying orders.
Eighty (80) winners will be designated, each of whom will receive two (2) cinema tickets, amounting to a total of 160 tickets awarded.

 

6. Prizes

Each prize consists of two cinema tickets valid throughout mainland France for the screening of Downton Abbey III – The Grand Finale.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and may not give rise to any reimbursement or financial compensation.

 

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified directly by means of a paper invitation inserted in the parcel corresponding to the winning order. This invitation will specify the conditions of use of the cinema tickets.
No subsequent dispatch or replacement will be made in the event of loss of the invitation.

 

8. Liability

Mariage Frères shall not be held liable for any technical issues preventing participation in the prize draw or the receipt of the prizes (including but not limited to loss, theft, or postal delay).

 

9. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for participation in the prize draw and for the allocation of prizes. It is intended solely for Mariage Frères and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by writing to: [email protected].

 

10. Acceptance of the Rules

Any order placed on 10 September 2025 for an amount exceeding €150 including VAT automatically entails participation in the present prize draw and constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
The rules shall be deemed known and accepted by all participants by the mere fact of placing a qualifying order.
