Description

A pleasant round shape, a comfortable handle that wittily and attractively weds plaited bamboo to silver. A top decorated with an openwork knob representing a piece of fruit sitting on five leaves.

The metal maintains the tea at the right temperature for a longer time.

Before using your silver-plated teapot for the first time, we recommend following these instructions:

1. Wash with a soft sponge and soapy water.
2. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

To brew your tea:

• Pour boiling water into your teapot and discard the water.
• Place the required amount of tea in the filter provided.
• Pour hot water over the tea to cover it and replace the lid to keep it warm.
• Once the brewing time is up, remove the filter and serve.

The silver-plated metal preserves the aromas without altering them.

To care for your teapot:

• Regular care for the exterior: damp cloth. Always dry thoroughly after each use to prevent the metal from oxidising.
• Regular care for the interior: clean with a soft sponge and soapy water, rinse and dry.
• Occasional maintenance to remove tannin deposits from the inside of the teapot: leave a mixture of very hot water and white vinegar, lemon juice, bicarbonate of soda or citric acid to work. Empty the teapot, rinse with clean water and dry. Repeat as many times as necessary until the inside returns to its original appearance.
• Occasional maintenance for the exterior (in case of metal oxidation): use soft wipes specially designed for silver metals.

Avoid extreme thermal shocks.
