Description
Dried leaves : The tenderest of leaves are steam-heated in the vapour of pure mountain water then crafted into elegant needles, emerald in colour. A hint of nashi pear precedes a veritable flourishing of spring azaleas.
Infused leaves : An aroma of hibiscus introduces a rich olfactory score replete with fresh notes of pink peppercorn accentuated by a mineral aura evoking volcanic rock cooled by a summer’s rain.
Liqueur : Intense jade. A pleasant umami sensation veils the palate whilst a round taste of buckwheat honey precedes a gentle, citrusy note of mandarin jam. The cup is crowned by a unique and perfectly balanced aroma of white caramel and gentian flowers.
