Located east of Darjeeling and facing the spectacular snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas, the garden of Chongtong (arrow-head), planted in 1869 at an altitude of 1,768 metres, has recently remade itself by turning toward biodynamic agriculture while continuously striving for the summit of quality.

Description
Dried leaves: The silver buds and young leaves – princely green, slender and majestic – unleash a breeze of blossoming bamboo forest, delicately mingled with a gourmet wave of white meringue.
Infused leaves: Luminous chrome green. Gourmet notes of fresh date are interspersed with hints of bergamot lemon zest.
Liqueur: Brilliant sepia. A wisp of cotton flower caresses the palate, accompanied by a delicious sensation of hazelnut and grilled pistachio. An enchanting flowery-sweet taste of rosy mirabelle marmalade blends with the sweet aroma of tender, juicy white peach.
