Once prized only by connoisseurs, blue tea is now experiencing a revival in Asia and has consequently become super trendy. Its flavour is rich, complex and generous; flowery and fruity, sweet notes abound with unique and surprising textures. This workshop opens the door to this family of sublime and sophisticated teas whose bewitching charm is still little known in France.
