ROYAL WHITE TEA
White tea from Thailand
In addition to its unique flavour, Royal White Tea is remarkable for its rarity and royal letters: King Rama IX of Thailand initiated the royal project to replace the cultivation of opium with that of tea. The Karen tribe's mission is to cultivate century-old tea plants, using traditional methods, to make an exceptional tea in very limited quantities. The freshly picked buds are dried in the open air for a long time, under the sun and in the pure mountain breeze. Let the magic happen!
The slender buds are dressed in downy ivory, exhaling notes of flowering bergamot trees punctuated with green fig milk.
Richly perfumed, a fruity bouquet reminiscent of ripe star fruit blends with earthier notes like forest floor and truffle.
Antique gold. A verdant freshness of pine cone mixes with delicate variations of vanilla, but a bewitching scent of calendula and edelweiss remains the hallmark of this delicious masterpiece.
