ROYAL WHITE TEA
White tea from Thailand
Jardin Premier*
In addition to its unique flavour, Royal White Tea is remarkable for its rarity and royal letters: King Rama IX of Thailand initiated the royal project to replace the cultivation of opium with that of tea. The Karen tribe's mission is to cultivate century-old tea plants, using traditional methods, to make an exceptional tea in very limited quantities. The freshly picked buds are dried in the open air for a long time, under the sun and in the pure mountain breeze. Let the magic happen!
Dried leaves: The slender buds are dressed in downy ivory, exhaling notes of flowering bergamot trees punctuated with green fig milk.
Infused leaves: Richly perfumed, a fruity bouquet reminiscent of ripe star fruit blends with earthier notes like forest floor and truffle.
Liquor: Antique gold. A verdant freshness of pine cone mixes with delicate variations of vanilla, but a bewitching scent of calendula and edelweiss remains the hallmark of this delicious masterpiece.
Divinely white.
