Issued from century-old tea plants, this sublime vintage has earned its place on our Pu-Erh Listing. Just like in Champagne, only the most beautiful harvests may be considered for such a prestigious cru.
Dried leaves: The large, slender, luminous black leaves exhale a fragrance of eucalyptus and roasted quince.
Infused leaves: Full-bodied notes of vanilla precede enticing aromas of plum.
Liquor: Earthy ocher. The liquor distills a perfume of banana flower married to the coolness of acacia.
Preparation: 5g in 20cl of spring water at 95°C for 5 min.
