Soft yet heady, these flowers are now here thanks to Mariage Frères' taster, who has added them to a lightly oxidized blue tea with skilfully worked leaves.
The silky, pale yellow cup has delicate, supple floral flavours capped by notes of rising sap and sweet honey.
