MALAÏKA BLUE®
THÉ BLEU DU MALAWI
Jardin Premier*
A sensuous journey to Southern Africa.
For generations, a family plantation known for the quality of its teas sits nestled at 1,150m in altitude, in a territory with infinite natural resources, sustained by a climate marked by the rainy season from November to March. Local tea plants well-adapted to this unique Terroir produce artisanal harvests rich in flavour; the young leaves, delicately harvested by hand, are quickly crafted in the estate’s atelier into this particular tea.
Dried leaves: The handsome whole leaves shine in amber and acacia and emit a sweet fragrance evoking luscious pound cake married to an invigorating aroma of Bengal quince.
Infused leaves: Azure-gleaming celadon, exhaling a scent of ripe Mirabelle and a fresh bouquet of cedar forest.
Liquor: Luminous gold. A fruity score of almond elegantly combined with a woody oriental note.
Blue Angel.
