Green tea with Lotus stamen
On the high plateaus of northern Indo China, at dawn, the tea planter delicately places some of his best green tea in the heart of each white lotus flower.
He then folds the petals over to permeate the tea with the pure fresh fragrances of the aromatic stamens.
A bright and sweet tea infusion which lingers long in the palate.
Intoxicating and fascinating.
