AMBRE D'HIMALAYA®
Blue tea™ - Jardin Premier*
Darjeeling - Phuguri
This autumn flush blue tea is grown in the Turzum garden, protected –and confidential – part of the high-grown Phuguri estate, at 30 km south-west from Darjeeling.
Leaves : made of delicate flowery orange pekoe, long and elegant, twisted and rich of ivory buds
Nose : aromatic, fruity, it reminds of soursop jam and honey
Liquor : amber colour, bright, it has a velvety texture with smooth tannins, an opening fruity note of ripe Bengal quince and longan, enriched with wooden-vanilla tones, it finally offers a sweet-honey bouquet that lasts long in the mouth.
A graceful, enchanting tea.
