MATURED TEA - PU-ERH
Matured teas were developed in the early Tang dynasty (618-907 CE) in the Yunnan province.
Their preparation requires successive stages of a long fermentation process in cellars specially designed
for this aging. The longer it is kept the more a matured tea’s fragrance will develop, acquiring depth and a mild,
subtle flavour, yielding some of the rarest and most sought-after teas in the world.
