BRUME DU PACIFIQUE
Description
As surprising as it is unique, this tea is cultivated in a place of indescribable beauty; straddling the vertiginous slopes of the Andean mountains in the heart of the cocoa plantations, the tea leaves develop incredibly subtle aromas, both intense and fruity. These teas are the result of a sustainable agriculture on exceptionally pure lands, nourished by crystal clear waters flowing down from the snowy summits.
Dried leaves: A true sign of craftsmanship, the shaping of the leaves transforms them into long, thin undulating needles whose handsome obsidian shade is punctuated with golden tips.
Infused leaves: They reveal a gourmet olfactory tableau where the lively scent of tamarillo jam plays off the rich floral notes of artisanal dark chocolate.
Liquor: The beautiful mahogany colour with ruby red tones expresses with great finesse its round malty fragrance accented with hazelnut.
On the palate, the sensations are frank and perfectly balanced; notes of sweet spices combine with the delicious flavour of sesame nougat.
