This slightly oxidised oolong is harvested in the village of Ming-Jian surrounded by bamboo forests and lakes on Tung Ting mountain, in the centre of the island of Formosa.
Dried leaves: Sublime pearls with emerald nuances seduce with their fragrance of golden caramel and roasted pine nut.
Infused leaves: Verona green. A pleasant register of aromas like panettone and magnolia.
Liquor: Shimmering gold. Creamy tones blend with nuances of wild blueberry and a finale of balsamic resin.
