PUITS DU DRAGON IMPÉRIAL
Green tea - Jardin Premier*
The rarity and exceptional taste of "Dragon Well" (literal translation of 'Lung Ching') are the results of its unique terroir and the characteristic shaping of the leaves. The young shoots are transformed, repeatedly heated in woks between stages of withering and resting in large bamboo baskets, first at high heat then at low heat, and always sifted by hand to maintain perfect homogeneity. The flat leaves crafted in the shape of a 'sparrow's tongue' are the hallmark of this legendary and emblematic tea, among the best in China.
The young, celadon-green shoots are flat, shaped like sparrow's tongues.
Elegant notes of green guava and fresh walnut, with a gourmet touch of marzipan.
As pure and crystalline as mountain water, the golden-hued liquor with emerald reflections is supple and delicate. From the start, a bouquet of wild flowers and creamy honey bewitches the cup before beautiful notes of argan nut set in, charming the palate with its generous persistence.
