Here, MARIAGE FRÈRES show their unique expertise in haute tea patisserie by creating a smooth Cream Cake with bright bursts of green bergamot, yuzu, rose petals, and just a hint of sweet mint.

A breeze of lightness caresses the palate with its velvety cream, its lively red fruit confit and its graceful white chocolate Chantilly cream. Prepared with love in our patisserie atelier in the heart of Le Marais, the ‘BON ANNIVERSAIRE’ Cream Cake is made with passion and a respect for the tradition that has forged the success of the Parisian House since 1854 - its quest for perfection.
