PU ERH, Millésime 2014
Issued from century-old tea plants, this sublime vintage has earned its place on our Pu-Erh Listing. Just like in Champagne, only the most beautiful harvests may be considered for such a prestigious cru.
Dried leaves: The mahogany-coloured leaves release notes of autumnal fruits and dewy wood.
Infused leaves: Pleasant hints of sweet dragées blend with the aromas of tea flower.
Liquor: Sparkling ebony. Emanations of cacao, scored with invigorating citron, coalesce with a finalé marked by vanilla.
A millésime of pure pleasure.
Preparation: 5g in 20cl of spring water at 95°C for 5 min.
