PU-ERH, millésime 2008
Issued from centuries-old tea bushes, this sublime millésime deserves its place on our Pu-Erh listing. Just like in Champagne, only the most beautiful harvests can claim this prestigious title.
Dried leaves: The ebony-coloured leaves evoke gianduja punctuated with black iris.
Infused leaves: Notes of rosewood and precious truffle permeate the leaves.
Liquor: Shadowy garnet and amber, the texture is rich and enveloping. This millésime distinguishes itself from other Pu-Erhs with unique nuances of tamarind and ripe banana. A voluptuous and delectable aroma of maple honey scores a gourmet finale replete with malted inflections.
The splendour of Terroir.
