Grown in the small village of Er-Mei in the district of Hsien-Ju, this precious vintage is known as
« golden oolong »
Leaves : dark and curly, with scattered handsome silver tips.
Nose : a wide range of natural, woody aromas such as tea tree sap and forest growth.
Liquor : expressive, bright amber; from the moment of infusion a multitude of saveurs linger over the cup – chestnut, hazelnut – then a heady note of honey mingles with a dash of mild spice. A rush of flavour hits the palate, inspired by liquorice and raisin.
