LUNG CHING SUPRÊME
Fashioned between the Lions Peak and Western Lake, in the coastal province of Zhejiang, plucked in small quantities, this Lung Ching Suprême tea reveals exceptional finesse and a surprising abundance of taste.
Dried leaves : The precious downy buds and young jade-coloured leaves deliver a first hint of fragrant peony followed by a fruity note of mango, suave and slightly jasmine-scented.
Infused leaves : Frosted emerald, the leaves unleash a note of cool resin and creamy honey, scored with a zesty aroma of mandarin.
Liquor : Flowing with a silky vermillion robe of dazzling purity, the liquor exhales a delicious perfume of steamed patisserie with notes of candied persimmon, pistachio and vanilla. Luxurious flavour and texture flood the palate with the smoothness of a ganache preceding a balanced sensation of sweet, tart nashi pear. The discovery persists with an appearance of white peach nectar blended with an ultra-sensual tone of ylang-ylang, lingering indefinitely.
An aesthetic treasure.
