LUNG CHING HIGH MOUNTAIN
In the coastal province of Zhejiang lies a magnificent garden from where our Lung Ching High Mountain is issued. This premier harvest is realised at the dawn of spring time; the first buds are plucked one by one and then quickly heated in the family’s atelier. The care applied to each step of the manufacturing process helps concentrate the aromatic richness of the leaves nourished by an exceptional terroir.
Dried leaves: The slender, jade-coloured buds deliver a fragrance of peony and roasted hazelnut.
Infused leaves: The lively aroma of candied green mango marries deliciously to notes of gianduja.
Liquor: Shimmering gold. The exquisite liquor blooms with a note of yellow kiwi scored with hints of patisserie recalling rich macaron. The umami sensation of the liquor, persistent and enveloping, is marked by an elegance of vanilla and a freshness of galangal.
