DARJEELING OOLONG SAMJANA
Blue Tea - Darjeeling
In the garden of Namring, created in 1855 by the British, only parcels selected by Mariage Frères produce this extraordinary tea. The remarkable characters of the Namring terroir as well as the admirable work of the planters associated with the unique savoir-faire of Mariage Frères give birth to a rich splendour of a thousand velvety and lunar nuances.
The young leaves and buds hemmed in mahogany unleash notes of candied tamarind and rosewood.
Luminous brown. An evocative fragrance of marrons glacé and ripe mango.
Silky, garnet reflections. Delicious notes of roasted pistachio marry exquisitely to a hint of candied blackcurrant. A bouquet of rhubarb and maple syrup meld on a subtly vanilla finale.
Jewel of Darjeeling.
