Darjeeling Summer Flush
Ambootia (which means « Land of the mango trees ») is one of the most famous gardens of Darjeeling in the foothills of the Himalayas. For over twenty years, this majestic plantation has been cultivated in complete harmony with this exceptional Terroir according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, methods which have contributed to the fame of this prestigious appellation.
Dried leaves: Handsome young leaves, tinted mahogany and ebony, exhale notes of plum and pudding.
Infused leaves: Frosted brown. Aromas of ripe black cherry and flowery sugar cane.
Liquor: Clear amber and delightfully supple, the liquor seduces with its lingering freshness as well as notes of roasted cocoa bean and golden macadamia nut. The finale resonates with a hint of liquorice.
