This great green tea, very rare and produced in a confidential way, comes from a family-owned garden on Mount Tosen-Zan in the Japanese island of Kyushu.
Leaves : emerald green, finely rolled and twisted
Nose : the vapor-heating japanese method gives this tea a very fresh herbal tone with a prune flower touch
Liquor : very onctuous, the bouquet opens on lightly anised vegetal notes and quickly develops to fruity savours then evoks white truffles to end on a very enveloping sugar last note.
