Black tea, Assam Summer Flush
An excellent harvest from a grand estate, notable for its high proportion of golden tips.
Plucked at just the right moment, it has a malty, spicy flavour and terrific aroma.

How to prepare this black tea :
Measure out 2,5 g of tea
for 20 cl of pure, filtered water
Bring the water to a simmer (about 95° C)
and let the tea infuse for 5 minutes
