Darjeeling, first flush
This small estate, highly prized by Japanese connoisseurs, is situated above Darjeeling at an elevation of 6,000 feet.
Leaves: beautiful, deep green colour, with many silver tips.
Nose: fresh, light and vivid aroma, with floral notes of angelica.
Liquor: crystal clear, blonde, brilliant, it yields the flavour of green papaya and the flowery, fruity flavour of young red berries and white currant, backed by the notes of a bouquet of wild flowers. This tea is sparkling in the mouth with a sweet final note. |
