Dried leaves : The young, luminous leaves and satiny black buds offer handsome notes of liquorice and hazelnut.
Infused leaves : Mahogany, the leaves deliver an exquisite score of roasted chocolate bean and truffle.
Liquor : Pink ivory, the pleasantly supple liquor envelopes the palate with voluptuous waves of gardenia crowned with a hint of cashew. Notes of cranberry enliven the sweetness of white almond punctuated by a generous aroma of Rainier cherry.

CASTLETON
Since 1885 the « City of the White Orchid », nestled in the vicinity of Kurseong and enjoying an exceptional terroir, Castleton is one of the most famous gardens of Darjeeling. Year after year the planter passionately fine tunes his methods in order to continuously improve the already elite quality of his harvests. The centenary tea bushes planted at the beginning of the golden age of tea are the subject of special attention in order to bring out the aromatic quintessence which makes for the remarkable identity of this excellent garden.
